Why pay MetroCentre prices for carpets in Gateshead? Our clearance warehouse in South Shields is just a short drive away, stocking thousands of cheap carpets, vinyl, and roll ends from just £99. No showroom markup just unbeatable warehouse prices.
Remember: We don’t sell online. Warehouse walks-ins only for the best deals.
Your destination for low-cost flooring across the North East
We are a family-run warehouse, not a showroom, so there are no MetroCentre overheads, no commission-driven sales staff, and no inflated prices. Every saving goes straight to you. That’s how we offer thousands of carpets, vinyl, LVT, artificial grass, and underlay all under £99, something the Gateshead high street cannot match. Whether you are reflooring a flat in Bensham, replacing worn carpet in Low Fell, fitting vinyl in a Dunston kitchen, or renovating a property in Birtley, we have the range and the prices to suit any project. Come in, compare rolls side by side, and take home flooring that looks twice the price.
Our South Shields warehouse is open seven days a week for walk-in collection, or we can deliver directly across Gateshead and the wider North East, including Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, and South Shields. Not sure which carpet to choose? Our team is on hand to guide you to the right product for every room, whether you visit in person or give us a call before you make the trip.
The £99 Carpet Factory is a clearance wholesaler open to the public and based in South Shields. We carry thousands of clearance carpet and vinyl roll ends, with sizes up to 6m x 4m, all priced up to £99.
